Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball depends heavily on both seasonal and year ‘round volunteers to assist part-time in the planning and operation of its programs. 
 
Nor-Gwyn actively recruits volunteers to assist in a number of key areas. In addition to our annual plea for seasonal volunteers (e.g., coaches, team parents, etc.) we also need volunteers to serve on number of standing committees such as:

Finance
Field 
Equipment
Sponsor/Advertising
Revitalization and Insurance

These positions involve serving on a Nor-Gwyn committee led by a chairperson or officer. The service usually is year-round and requires an average time commitment of around one hour per week.
